RETURN AND EXCHANGE
A 30-day return at resalable condition is available for SELECTED items. You must contact Airarm Sports via email prior to for a RMA # for merchandise returning authorization. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. The copy of invoice and explanation of return /exchange must be attached with the package. We will not be responsible for the returning shipping cost. No refund will be issued for any merchandise that is returned without a RMA number.
There are no refunds on guns. All guns come with a limited warranty which ONLY covers manufacturer defects. Within 30 days after purchase, defective gun will be repaired at free of charge. If the gun is non-repairable, we will replace with a new gun. If the returned gun was disassembled or altered, the warranty will be voided. The repair fee will be charged to you.
The refund of item price only applies to the selected items that are in new condition with its original packaging. The shipping charges will not be refunded.
If the item is used or damaged, the restocking fee of 15%-50% will be applied. The shipping charges will not be refunded.
The refund will be processed within 2 weeks from the day we receive all the item(s) back. After 30 days from delivery date, please contact the manufacturer for repairing or replacement under their product warranty.
WARRANTY
Airarm Sports offers 30-day store warranty to cover the manufacture defects. Within 30 days after the purchase, there will no charge for repair. After 30 days, please refer to the warranty policy of each manufacture.
The Warranty does NOT cover:
- Disassembly by unauthorized personnel.
- Unreasonable use or mishandling, introduction of foreign matter to inner or outer components.
- Lack of compliance with instructions from the owner’s manual.
- Removal or painting of orange tip.
- Merchandise soaked in water, rusted, corroded, painted, or otherwise altered.
- Usage of low quality or low grade BB’s or reuse of BB’s.
- Damage sustained during use in games or improper handling
Do not attempt to change the appearance or function of any item you purchased from us. The attempts will void the warranty and your right to return the product for a refund. Airarm Sports reserves the right to determine what constitutes as unreasonable or excessive wear and tear or use.
REPAIR AND SERVICE POLICY
We offer lifetime technical support for items purchased in the store. If you have any issues with your purchase, we may provide free general advice and diagnosis prior to charging for formal repair.
Airsoft repairs and other services outside of warranty begin at a $40 minimum labor charge. An exact quote will be provided upon further inspection and review of the request. We will only work with guns and parts that we carry or sold, and will not accept requests for products not purchased from us.
